Barbie Cultist – 2022 – Designed for a halloween party this look is one of my heaviest. Each barbie leg was broken at the knee and the ankle, then sewn back together with thin cord, to give them realistic corpse movement. The barbie fringe comes alive on the dancefloor, brushing at others, and exaggerating the dancers movement. The neck harness and chains are inspired by spider webs, so a spider barbie was made to dangle from them. This was made with wire, cord, chain, a scalpel, a drill, and over 25 barbies.
